Mark hat auf Facebook ein paar Zeilen zu seinem Filmmusik-Projekt für "Arthur" geschrieben. Er hat vier neue Songs für das Remake geschrieben, gemeinsam mit Daniel Merriweather, Andrew Wyatt, EG White & Guy Chambers. Daniel singt in fast allen Songs!!

"ARTHUR....so as reported, i am doing quite a bit of music for the remake of "Arthur" starring Russell Brand & Helen Mirren among others. i am not scoring the film (that is a job handled very nicely by Theodor Shapiro), however i have written four new songs with myself as well as daniel merriweather, andrew wyatt, eg white & guy chambers. and daniel is singing nearly all of them--which is very good.

the movie is very very good. and in case you didn't know, the original Arthur had some legendary tunes ("when you caught between the moon and new york city..." anyone?) by a dude named Burt Bacharach, and he won all the grammies and oscars and stuff that year, so i'm just trying not to soil the family name here.

i haven't slept in 3 days while trying to finish all this stuff so i apologize for the shoddy, flash delirium tone here. but i was excited about it and wanted to share with anyone who may care.
